Loved the funny and animated feel of this book! Plus the interaction between Wilfred and his supposed moose pet was adorable. I liked how the moose did what he wanted and the way Wilfred pointed out the rules in no particular order. And I especially liked the ending – it was sweet, without being too unrealistic. Even though there were these rules, I liked how it was implied throughout the book that the moose was pretty much a wild animal. The illustrations were neat as well. Definitely some serious cover love going on. The general feel of the book is rugged, with an air of sophistication, if that even makes sense: the nature-filled illustrations capture the wild terrain beautifully while still giving a smooth and crisp feel to the pages. You should check this book out!
