Review #1466 Moonshot by Brian Floca

Review #1466
Moonshot by Brian Floca
Rating: two stars (out of four)

This book gave a general overview of the first moon landing. It showcased very realistic drawings of the equipment and journey. The story was fairly simple and went over the events and procedures that took place for the flight to be successful. It didn't try to gloss over anything (that I'm aware of, I'm certainly not well-versed in moon landings.) and it gave a nice overview. I did find myself a little bored reading though. I'm not sure what the author could have added to make it more engaging, but it fell a little flat for me. But I think people who love space and space travel might like this book more.
