Book Review #1299
Iva Honeysuckle Discovers the World by Candice Ransom
Rating: two stars (out of four)
This book was fairly interesting, but it was rather short. I liked the spunk of Iva Honeysuckle, but felt like the story was a little too predictable. I enjoyed some of the conversations between the characters and thought there were some cute and humorous moments, but nearly enough to complete the story. I didn't feel like i was relatable or interesting enough to become a family favorite. It didn't feel fleshed out and I wasn't really engaged in the story. Probably wouldn't recommend.
