Book Review #930
Lost in Las Vegas by Melody Carlson
Rating: two stars (out of four)

I'm always amazed when an author is able to take a character I've grown to loathe and make me look at them in a different light and see that they are slowly changing into someone I like. Melody Carlson has written this portrait so convincingly that I'm seeing how broken and messed up their life has been. While I may have been wary of DJ trying to save her non-friend, I'm starting to see a different side to her and wishing that Taylor could get saved. This book was definitely full of the crazy whirlwind of emotions and theatrics and I read it in a spurt of several hours so I was definitely hooked. I'd recommend.
